Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop that explores the basics of kitchen herbalism.
If you can make a cup of tea, you can be a herbalist.

You will learn about a variety of kitchen herbs with wonderful health benefits and come away with a recipe for elderberry syrup.

You will then get your hands dirty making a ceramic herb puller. This charming little bowl will be fully fired and glazed for you and then can be your pretty and practical kitchen aid for stripping all the leaves off your fresh and dry herbs at home for future cooking, teas and tinctures.
